Under new ownership. I worked for this company for 5 years &was let go after having my child &refusing to work off the clock. I loved my job there. I... read more was really good at it. Never had any counseling or complaints about my performance. Was actually told many times I was the best at the job. Both eco tours &fishing, though fishing was my passion. I was wrongfully terminated via text message over retaliation &standing up for myself. Then laughed at by the manager with her new mates about how "they are so glad im finally gone." I was extremely loyal to this company, only called out sick maybe 2xs in a 5 year time span. This company has a high turnover rate on employees because of poor management/scheduling. The managers are alcoholics &it shows in their work ethic. Drinking before taking 32 people on a boat shouldnt be heard of in this business but its a sad reality. As their longest standing mate, it was difficult working with new captains every couple months, but I did so because I cared about my returning customers that I built relationships with over the years.. If they valued their employees &didn't let any joe shmo with a captains license take people out I would maybe still recommend them, but they Literally let a captain ride along 2xs then turn over the wheel. Ive had to help captains not beach the boat, not wreck into seawalls... I've personally been thrown into many scary situations because of this, but still kept my cool. Noone on the boat knew, keep a smile on your face &bring them all back safe... they just care about the money they will take you out in the worst conditions so do your own research on weather before going. They choose employees are based on looks/popularity &who will hang with the crew &drink after hours. Be very cautious. I'd only ride if captain doc were driving, knowing he will be sober &has the most experience driving these vessels. Don't bother on weekends or holidays as ponce is stacked with boats of drunks &the likeliness of seeing dolphins/manatees is minimal.

We started off by applying sunscreen to my son which “burned” his eyes. John immediately swung over to a sand bar and told Aiden to Cannonball off the boat and swim for a bit to clean his eyes.
He then took us to his secret spot where we caught 4 different species of fish. Without batting an eye made sure everyone was having a great time even the two year old when she got fussy. We never waited to have baited hooks and he didn’t say a word when I caught a few “ tree bass”.
We ended our two hours with sand dollar hunting on a sand bar. He even rushed us back to dock so we could beat a storm that was rolling in.
This trip was amazing and a heck of a value compared to ever other charter service I priced out. You can’t go wrong with these people!
